When submitting commercial product applications to regulatory agencies, overlooking related research can negatively impact the approval process. Green Heron Information Services has the experience, expert knowledge, and database access to provide thorough technical literature searches in support of applications to agencies such as the United States Food and Drug Administration (US FDA), the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA).

Who We Are
Matthew Von Hendy, MLS
Matthew Von Hendy is owner and principal of Green Heron Information Services. He is an accomplished research librarian with more than 20 years of professional experience working in a variety of government and technical libraries. He has worked at the EPA, NASA and the National Academies of Science. Von Hendy's work has been cited in 10 different National Academies reports. He is also recognized as an expert in locating government information and grey literature (research and reports not controlled by commercials publishers).
Von Hendy earned his Masters of Library Science from the University of Kentucky and his Masters of American History from the University of New Hampshire. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Oberlin College.
